The Website provides information about LGX Convention, an event organized by the Company. You can purchase tickets to participate in LGX Convention through the Website.

Payment and Delivery

All payments for tickets to LGX Convention must be made through the Website. The Company will not be responsible for any payments made through other means. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with your ticket(s) attached. Please print out the ticket(s) and bring them with you to the event. If you do not receive your ticket(s) or have any issues with the delivery, please contact us at hello@lgx.gg.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend LGX Convention, you may transfer your ticket to another person with the Company’s consent. Please contact us at hello@lgx.gg to request a ticket transfer. Tickets are only valid for 1 year & the current edition of the LGX Convention.

Code of Conduct

By using the Website and attending LGX Convention, you agree to abide by the Company’s Code of Conduct. This includes, but is not limited to, treating all other attendees, staff, and volunteers with respect, refraining from disruptive or harmful behavior, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates the Code of Conduct.

Liability

The Company will not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during LGX Convention. By attending LGX Convention, you assume all risks and agree to release the Company from any liability arising from your attendance. This includes, but is not limited to, injury or damage caused by other attendees or third parties, acts of God, and any other circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
